Therapeutic Massage

30 minutes: $35.00

This Therapeutic Massage is customized to the client's needs.  Using light to medium pressure, this massage will help relieve sore muscles, increase blood flow, increase range of motion, promote relaxation, and so much more!  Complimentary aromatherapy is included.

*Deep Tissue focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles.  It's used for chronic muscle tension and concentrated areas.

Pre-natal Massage

60 minutes: $70.00

Pre-natal Massage is designed specifically for pregnant women past their first trimester. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. The mother-to-be will be in a side lying position using pillows, towels, and blankets to make the client as comfortable as possible.

Athletic Massage

60 minutes: $80.00

Using a heated med-stone and stretching techniques, this Athletic Massage is perfect for anyone with tight and fatigued muscles caused by work or play.  This treatment will focus on the deeper layers of the muscles to provide relieved stress and muscle tension.  Gliding silicone cups may also be incorporated to access the deeper layers of the muscles with approval from the client.  For the ultimate full body experience, recommended treatment time is at least 90 minutes.

Sinus and Headache Relief

45 minutes: $55.00

Do you suffer from sinus pressure, tension headaches, or migraines?  Find relief with this stand alone treatment.  Focusing on the upper back and neck to loosen those tight, tension causing muscles and a relaxing scalp and facial massage, an essential oil blend is used along with warm towels to help relieve your symptoms.  This pairs well with the Foot Scrub with Reflexology.

Ayurvedic Head Massage

45-50 minutes minutes: $55.00

This stand alone treatment is performed with the client completely clothed in a massage chair.  Focusing on your upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, this treatment is perfect for those who suffer from migraines and/or sinus pressure as well as neck and shoulder tension.  The massage starts on the back and neck, working deeply over the muscles and pressure points that help the muscles to relax.  Moving to the scalp, massage techniques used will encourage circulation to the area.  Finally, this treatment will end with a soothing facial massage focusing on pressure points that may help with headaches and sinus problems.

Cupping Treatment

30 minutes: $40.00
Used by traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years, a vacuum suction is created with cups to stretch the muscle and connective tissue.  Cupping is a great modality for those who enjoy deeper pressure and for athletes or for anyone who simply wants to experience cupping. There are two cupping techniques that I use. 
 
The gliding technique uses silicone cups that literally glide on the body and helps with myofascial release and loosen the connective tissue to allow for a deeper, more relaxing and therapeutic massage.  This technique may be added to your choice of massage treatment (excluding the Ayurvedic Head Massage) at no additional cost.
 
The traditional cupping technique uses bell shaped cups that are placed on specific areas on the body for 10-20 minutes.  This negative pressure assists tight muscles to relax and increases blood circulation.  This treatment will also include about a 10 minute site-specific massage to further relieve tension.  It is common for this treatment to leave circular "bruises", but they do not hurt and can last a few days.  This stand alone treatment is very beneficial for anyone, especially athletes, runners, those with shoulder, back and hip pain. 

Foot Scrub with Reflexology

30 minutes: $35.00

A perfect addition to your massage treatment.  Choose from a variety of scented foot scrubs, followed by warm towels and a relaxing reflexology massage.

Exfoliation Treatment

5-10 minutes : $10.00

Exfoliating gloves are used in this add-on treatment.  It helps brush away dead skin cells, stimulates circulation, and eliminates toxins.  The treatment starts on the client's back, working down to the arms, legs, and ending at the feet.  The treatment is followed by your choice of massage treatment (excluding the Ayurvedic Head Massage).
